Shipping Information

  • 1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping through Courier Guy.

    2. Shipping Costs: A flat rate of R149 applies to all orders within South Africa. However, for items weighing more than 1kg or measuring larger than 500mm x 500mm, additional shipping charges may apply.

    3. Shipping Times: All orders will be shipped within 2-3 weeks or 10-15 working days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on factors such as location and shipping carrier.

    4. Tracking: You will receive an order number upon placing your order. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the Courier Guy website.

    5. Delivery Delays: We will notify you immediately if there are any delays in your order processing or shipping.

    6. Lost or Damaged Packages: Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy for information on lost or damaged packages.

    7. International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.

    9. Shipping Area: We ship to all addresses within South Africa.

    10. Shipping Insurance: We do not currently offer shipping insurance.

    11. Remote Areas: There are no additional charges for shipping to remote areas within South Africa.

    12. Delivery Restrictions: We do not have any delivery restrictions within South Africa.

Return Policy

Return Window: Items can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all tags attached. Any items that show signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for a return.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Customer Support: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@sport-hive.com or 082 954 8533.
  2. Obtain Return Authorization: You will be provided with a return authorization number.
  3. Package the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the package is securely sealed and includes the return authorization number.
  5. Provide Tracking Information: Once you have shipped the item, please provide us with the tracking information.

Exclusions: The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Digital products

    Refunds Policy

    • Refund Options: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

      Refund Processing Time: Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please allow additional processing time for your bank to reflect the refund.

      Refund Exceptions: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Any items returned outside of the 30-day return window or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a full refund.
